Hope you enjoyed your Independence Day holiday if celebrating in the U.S.!
A few fun things have developed that I’d love to share with the A-List first:

At the helm for Future Entrepreneurs
Simonetta Lein, the Celebrity Wishmaker, invited me to share ideas for entrepreneurs after she saw my community work in Chicago and LA. I align with entrepreneurs and business owners who help promote each other’s projects on social media. And Simonetta has become one of my partners. I also prepared a dinner with RED and Hello Fresh to help #86AIDS.
Recently I have written about Champion Choices based on a lively talk from Tom Ricketts, CEO and Owner of the Chicago Cubs; I have included wisdom from Oracle Team USA of America’s Cup and several observations from my travels.

Save the Date for July 21: LIVE #ShineThroughtheNoise chapter reading from Dublin
I am celebrating #u2thejoshuatree2017 with friends in LA, Chicago, Minneapolis and now Dublin!
This album was the soundtrack to my life on some of my first road trips out of Minneapolis. I’m thrilled to celebrate the shows with friends and fans. I’ll be traveling to Ireland for my first time and a good friend secured U2 tickets in Dublin! I’ve been invited to do a Facebook Live chapter reading from Secrets to Shine Through the Noise. We’ll record it to share later as well. I played the Chicago connection card with my first two readings with Bob Kaliebe of “The Dark Knight” and “Public Enemies”. Love those films and his interpretation of the chapter! Now, I’m ready and excited for Dublin! I will give a sneak peek of my travel thriller as well.
Please tune in.
I’m continuing to partner with Teen Cancer America. I help promote their mission and donate 10% of proceeds from my book sales of Secrets to Shine Through the Noise; Nando Milano Trattoria also donates 10% to guests who buy my book and then dine at Nando Milano in Chicago or Champaign, Illinois. More news coming soon on a new promotion…
Thank you for following my journey.
Cheers & fair winds,
Akasha
